ZillowVERIFIEDI have used Dan to buy 2 properties in the past and am working with him now for a third. The first property was a 2 flat that Dan showed me and advised me on. We saw many possibilities but when he showed me the one I purchased (bank owned) he said it was a great deal and I could not lose. It has been 6 years and he was right. The second purchase was a commercial lot that was also bank owned. This transaction and the first transaction were seamless. Dan was always available. We are currently working with Dan to purchase a house for ourselves personally. I would not use anyone else. Dan has always been there when we needed him and he is always straight forward and honest. He is very knowledgeable and knows more about the real estate in the area than any one I have come across.

Dan, Idalia, Martha and Cora answered all of our questions and helped us deal with the myriad of issues that arise when selling and buying a home. Their aggressive marketing resulted in a steady stream of potential buyers which led to an acceptable offer. Cora was instrumental in arranging the open house and Martha provided valuable feedback after each showing. Idalia helped us find our new home. She went out of her way to be available and provide information and insight into our selection. Even after the contracts were signed, Dan and his staff assisted with the inspection and appraisal issues. My Husband and I were both extremely pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Given the beautiful home that they helped us find, however, we will probably not need their services anytime soon.
