Prior to even looking at anything, he sat me down and explained how the entire process of building/buying worked. He taught me the difference between the different types of loans, the breakdown of my potential payments, and worked very hard to make sure I got everything I dreamed of (which isnt easy with a house). He knew the answers to almost all of my questions, and if he was ever unsure of anything he had an answer for me within 5 minutes *every single time*.
