Daniel Corrar was originally born in Queens, New York but moved to the Treasure coast area in 2003. The day Daniel moved to the treasure coast he fell in love and took a very passionate role in the community deciding to become a local professional and began helping other families buy and sell homes in St. Lucie and Martin County. Wow. Daniel is amazing. This was the first time Ive purchased a house and I was doing it by myself, so I came into the process clueless to everything. Prior to even looking at anything, he sat me down and explained how the entire process of building/buying worked. He taught me the difference between the different types of loans, the breakdown of my potential payments, and worked very hard to make sure I got everything I dreamed of (which isnt easy with a house). He knew the answers to almost all of my questions, and if he was ever unsure of anything he had an answer for me within 5 minutes *every single time*. Daniel was patient with me, NEVER pressured me into anything, and has made this the easiest and most stress free process. I always felt like I was his only client. Yall, this is your guy!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
