With a few quirks to my home, he had the data and comps to back up his decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. He has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. As I have started to look for a new home he has been quick to pass on homes I might have an interest in and quickly show them to me in this fast moving Jacksonville market.
