Daniel sent new properties to review daily as promised. He was always available by phone and text. He did remote showings for us (we are out of state) less than 24 hours after we asked.Unfortunately, our situation changed and we relocated to another state. But we certainly appreciate Daniels assistance. Truly a gentleman.

Dan was/is terrific. Patient, supportive, knowledgeable and more. As an out of state buyer without a ton of $$ he responded to all of my suggestions/questions and is clearly has great knowledge/insight about the market. Other brokers weren't nearly as responsive and, to me, having someone who actually responds and follows through makes a world of difference when buying a house, even if it's not a mansion. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and plan to use him again for our next purchase/sale.
