He presented a realistic price suggestion for the listing, allowing for a fast sale, posted the listing on MLS. After 2 viewings within the first 5 days, both of which made offers, I accepted an offer which was very close to my asking price, and had no requests for extra work or expenses required from me. Additionally Mr. Armstrong listened to my personal situation and specific needs. I know I was difficult on a few occasions, yet he was kind and patient, helping me understand some issues, offering creative suggestions for dealing with each - way above and beyond the usual job description of a Real Estate Agent/Broker.
