My husband and I just sold and bought a new home with Danica. We did all the work in finding houses we liked, but she was extremely responsive in setting up showings for us and was available for any random questions we had. It's clear she genuinely loves working with people, and she's very friendly and outgoing. She listened to our particular situation and requirements so that when we made the offer on the house we ended up purchasing, she negotiated with the sellers to make sure we had all of the accomodations that we required. When it came time to sell our house, she did a great job on the listing, resulting in lots of interest and offers. She presented all of the offers to us in a simplified spreadsheet to make it easy for us to make a decision, and when we made our selection, she made sure to get the language down in the contract that we needed to make everything work within our timeline. We were pretty stressed about our move but she helped make it all happen smoothly, and was in our corner the whole way. She demonstrated a lot of thoughtfulness and consideration, and made us feel heard and our needs understood. My mother is considering a move to be nearer to us, and I gave her Danica's card.
