Having been entrusted to sell my parents home of 60 years, I wanted an agent that could not only guide me to the end goal, but be emphatic of the emotion involved with this process. We began working with Danae at the beginning of 2021 when we were looking to buy our first home in Orange County. After a few weeks of searching, and with Danae at the helm, we closed on time on our dream home. We got to know Danae through a referral from another real estate agent. From the get go, Danae was always impressively on top of things and was able to work with us efficiently and effectively to meet our needs. A few of Danaes attributes that we appreciate the most are communication, experience, and relationship building. With communication, Danae was available to us through multiple channels (text, phone, and email) whenever needed. During offer and escrow it was especially helpful to get proactive communication from Danae and quick replies / updates on status changes. Danaes experience helped us greatly during the offer and escrow stages. Danaes industry knowledge was key to writing a strong offer in the ultra competitive market. After our offer was accepted, and escrow started, Danae kept us informed of the process and provided input on which areas we should really focus. Finally, Danaes ability to build strong relationships made working with Danae a competitive advantage. For example, Danae was able to work well with the sellers agent, which helped us greatly during the offer and escrow stages. Danae also built great relationships with our lender and escrow team, which ensured that we had a smooth process from offer to close. I really don't know how I can use words to justify how amazing and brilliant Danae is and how grateful and lucky I feel to have her. She is not only very professional and knowledge in her domain but also very kind, detailed orientated, works hard and smart! I got to know her through a friend of a friend's. The original words I heard from the friend were "I love her!", I just want to say, me too! I had been experiencing a huge seller's market while in need to buy a house soon. I cannot believe we just did it! Here is how superhero Danae came in to make it happen: As for house, everybody is cautious and has a set of standards. At the searching stage, Danae was very patient and spent a lot time to learn my needs and likes about houses. For the huge/hot seller's market, even book a tour time is challenging. Danae was working extra hard to get us into the showing game, so we could have a chance to take a look each house we liked. In each tour, Danae is so professional that she can always tell me what she spotted that need to be modified about the house, what is not ok, what she likes: ) It really helped me to learn about houses. So, as a first time home buyer, I had more opportunities to expose to different kinds of houses/issues/goods that helped me make decision on what I really wanted. For the offer process, it is even tougher. Danae was super patient with me as I did not know anything about different contingencies and how they worked. She was super patient and also very knowledgeable. She helped me find the best Lender I could ever had and got me locked at the lowest rate possible with a very timely manner which is super important under the market environment. So we had some advantage for the loan contingency. The seller's agent of the house I bought told me: you have a great and very professional agent, congratulations! One of the big factors that seller is tending to work with a NOT the best offer is that I had a very professional agent!! Thanks Danae! Even after the escrow is closed, Danae was still around to help me cope with different issues around the house. She really cares about everyone she works with I feel from my experience. I appreciate that a lot! Sorry for the long review. I am sure I still missed things that I wanted to share. Finding Danae as my agent to buy a house in this market was the best decision I've ever made! I cannot recommend her more to anyone that is in the same situation as I was: )
