Dana & Tim Holley

I began my real estate career in 2000 with Brooks Realty Advisory Group specializing in the land and ranch industry. In 2003 I obtained my Arizona Brokers license and then was appointed designated broker for Brooks Realty and Advisory Group. In 2004 I ventured out on my own and founded DCD Realty Inc. In 2007 I was elected to the board of directors for the Kingman/Golden Valley Board of Realtors. DCD Realty Inc grew to have 8 offices and over 85 sales people and staff.

In 2008 Prudential Northern Arizona bought DCD Realty. Since 2008 I have continued to sell and manage all types of real estate ventures here in Mohave County and have sold over 100 million dollars in real estate since becoming a Broker. I have managed various projects over the last 16 years which include Stagecoach Trails 40 acre ranch project,, Hidden Springs 40 acre ranch project east of Kingman Arizona, Mountain Vista Ranches 40 acre ranch project in Kingman Arizona, Eagle Springs 40 acre ranch project east of Kingman Arizona, Greenwood Village 5 acre ranch project east of Kingman Arizona, Pravada Housing Development in Golden Valley Arizona, Castlerock Village "A Gated Housing Development' in Kingman Arizona, Sunwest and Paradise Acres, a one acre land project in Golden Valley Arizona.

My hobbies include fishing, hunting, boating, hiking and I enjoy traveling the beautiful country side of Arizona. I also enjoy football, baseball, drag racing and nascar.
