She provided me with the current market analysis of the area, comparing my house to other homes that had similar features. I felt comfortable with her pricing to ensure that it was a realistic number based on her expertise. She also gave me ideas of what I should do in the house to get the best price without putting a lot of time and money into getting it ready for sale. This was invaluable! She used a highly skilled photographer who beautifully showcased my home and provided aerial views of the house and the surrounding areas. Amazing. When offers came in, Dana guided me with the pros and cons of the offers and how to approach my final decision. She communicated with me throughout the entire process including the inspections, paperwork, and negotiations with the buyers. Even at the closing, Dana checked all of the figures and paperwork to ensure it was correct.
