    In selling our Celebration Fl home, we were fortunate to have chosen Dana Hall-Bradley to work with us to sell our home. She did excellent marketing, making use of her decades of contacts. My constant questions were answered promptly and clearly, many times offering various options that may serve us better than my original thought. Each step in the process she informed us of exactly what was happening. When snags arose, she found solutions and gave us guidance while still leaving final decisions to us. Her contacts in staging, photos, videos and other marketing efforts along with closing combined to make a successful home sale as she went above and beyond each step of the way. A professional and dedicated agent, she also proves to be upbeat and positive as well as simply being very pleasant with high ethical standards. I highly recommend Dana Hall-Bradley with no reservations!

    Dana has been in the Celebration area for 20+ years. She knows the villages well, pros and cons. She advertised our home with professional pictures in magazines and local newspapers. She made herself available to us, even when on vacation.
