I would highly recommend Kaylee as your next real estate agent. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the housing industry. I looked at homes while living in another state. I would find a house that I wanted to look at. Kaylee would setup a time and we would walk through the house facetiming the entire time. Kaylee was able to point out the good and bad features of the house. On the property I purchased, the owner didn't disclose an issue with the house. This would have been a costly repair. Kaylee knows which documents are required by the state to purchase a house. This is how we found out about the issue. That issue wouldn't have passed a county inspection. Kaylee is awesome to work with, very personable. Answered all my questions.
