I bought two condominiums in 2008 with Dan. As a short sale, and through a self-directed IRA, the transactions were somewhat complicated, and the timing was crucial. Dan was rock steady throughout the process, and we completed the purchase just in time. Ten years later we took ownership of one condominium for personal use, and 15 year later I sold the second condominium. During the entire time of ownership, Dan stayed connected and assisted with referrals when repairs were needed. His attention to his clients is remarkable and provides all the confidence needed to get the job done, simple or complicated.
