We are so lucky to have had Dan as our realtor! I feel that he went above and beyond to see us thorough to closing (and beyond). We relocated last month from Illinois so >90% of the transactions was done remotely. He was the one that took the keys from the previous owners and made the final walk through because we did the closing via mail from Skokie, IL. He fought for us every step of the negotiation and was very thorough with reviewing paperwork including inspection (he was present at the inspection and helped explain the inspectors findings). He was available almost 24/7 as we and the seller threw multiple curves at him. This was my second time buying a home in 20 years and I feel that he had extreme patience to hold our hands through the process. It was not easy due to mortgage approval up and downs but thanks God we are now enjoying our new home in TN!
