We cannot say enough great things about Sarah and how she made our dream come true. From the first open house to closing, Sarah was there every step of the way and always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. Courtney is a fantastic real estate agent who my wife and I would highly recommend anyone use! We are first-time homebuyers who were not very knowledgeable on the homebuying process and what to expect. We had first looked at a number of houses with another agent, but the agent wasnt terribly helpful, did a terrible job recommending houses to look at, and was barely able to answer many of our questions. We grew increasingly frustrated and stressed with the homebuying process. Luckily, my wifes coworker had just used Courtney to purchase their new home and referred us to her. Courtney was a breath of fresh air and proved to be an enormous help to us, and we rather quickly found our new home. We could not be happier. Courtney knows her stuff. She knows the market. She listens to what we like/dont like and uses that to recommend houses that were in our wheelhouse. She also didnt hesitate to point out negatives about houses that we otherwise wouldnt have noticed nor thought about. She is maniacally responsive, incredibly helpful and all around an absolute joy to work with. If youre looking for a quality, knowledgeable, experienced agent to help you, you cannot go wrong with Courtney!
