He fell in love with the city's perfect weather, which he says is "almost as perfect as me". Dan is known for his straight-shooting approach. He finds joy in helping people buy or sell houses, especially when it comes to tackling any hiccups and hurdles that may arise. Dan's family is still based in Ohio, but he's confident that once you see how great Vegas is, you'll never want to leave either.
