He was patient with us when he showed us numerous Brookside homes while we were being extremely picky. However, he always had a great and positive attitude to show us the next house. When we found our dream home Dan was extremely knowledgeable on looking for potential issues in a 90+ year old house. The house was out of our price range and Dan was able to negotiate down considerably in order to make it financially possible for us. We are taking his recommendations for a complete kitchen remodel, including taking down the wall separating the dining room and kitchen. He gave us the insight during our initial showing that the wall was not load bearing and helped give us some design ideas. Furthermore, he was able to tell there were original hardwood floors we could refinish that were underneath the laminate floors. Dan even connected us with a trusted general contractor to do the work for our kitchen remodel to help get us started as soon as we took possession. We LOVE our new home and give the strongest possible recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell.
