I would absolutely recommend him to my family and friends. He was patient and really did a great job walking me through the process especially in me being a first-time home buyer. He knew how to get the most out of what monies I had available and with what I was looking for in a home. He carefully walked me through each home we viewed weighing the pros and cons of them. His background in being a firefighter was also very useful in him knowing more about homes and knowing what negatives to be aware of in looking them over. He always gave great advice. He never was in a rush to have me purchase so that he could make his money and move on to the next client. Dan deserves two thumbs up and overall A+++ for the service he renders. His goal in helping you find a home is to stick by you the whole way through including tentatively selling the home in upcoming years. Having this in mind also helps since Dan thinks long term and wants you to be able to buy a home that you will do well with when selling in the future. Any home buyer would be blessed to have Dan help him out in purchasing (or selling) a home.
