I would like to weigh in on the Dan Gutfreund Realty Group. In my opinion they are the best in the business. Right from the very start they take a personal interest in your home. Dan has expertise in marketing older homes with character. Our home was built in 1936. The DGG was able to capture the history and convey it to the buyers. The Online presentation was spectacular! With the DGG you get a Total Team approach. Dan will tell you that there is an entire crew behind the scenes that allows him to excel at his job. Cathy LoChirco makes sure that the entire process runs seamlessly and was an invaluable asset in our sale. We are truly grateful!
