We found Darci through a friend of a friend, and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She was always prompt to respond, answered any questions we had, and with her guidance we were able to purchase the first condo we saw and bought our first home. Darci is kind, patient, understanding and will absolutely go to bat for her clients and do anything she can in order to find the perfect home for them. I can't recommend her enough!

The sale of my parents home was extraordinarily easy. Darci and Dan Gervais were both insanely helpful to me long before we listed the house, and worked tirelessly during difficult circumstances (COVID in particular, and an unexpected/unrelated illness). They were never farther away than a phone call or text, extremely responsive to questions and issues that arose and eager to help. We had originally planned to list the house in Spring 2020, but at the last minute we were forced (due to COVID) to modify our plan. They were ready to pick up where we left off as soon as the time was right. I would recommend Darci and Dan wholeheartedly to list your home for sale or to help you to find one to buy. They are knowledgeable about the dynamics on the Cape and well connected in the community. It was a pleasure working with both of them, and am happy to now call them friends.
