Dan is the definition of a true professional. He facilitated everything from our home buying, renting out process, and selling journey. Dan believed truthful and immediate communication, my wife and I never had to wonder what was going on. After we initially bought our home in 2019 up until we recently sold, Dan stayed in our lives. His dedication didnt stop after contracts were signed and things were finalized. Every storm, Dan was the first one to check in with us and make sure we were okay first and then offered to do everything in his capacity to help out with our home if we needed anything. Dan French is the most amazing real-estate agent we have ever worked with! My wife and I were very nervous about the selling process; we called Dan up and he immediately put together a port-folio of our house and how much he estimated what we could sell it for. Dan told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare our house for sale and arranged help to fix and repair everything needed to ensure the house was in top shape. Dan French always went out of his way to answer all of our questions and put us at ease with the process. We ended up getting well over the asking price for our home and sold it within 3 days of it being listed! Dan will always have my deepest gratitude for selling our home and being so wonderful to us and helping us every single step of the way!
