We were relocating from the West Coast and honestly had no idea how buying a house from across the country was going to work. Luckily we found Dan Frank. From the start he was super responsive, easy to talk to, and really knew the local market. Since we couldnt be there in person, he did video walkthroughs for us and talked us through each one so we had a good feel for what we were looking at. When we finally found the right place, Dan took care of all the details. He helped coordinate the inspection, kept everything on track, and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the process. Oh and he sent us a bunch of helpful videos too with his commentary throughout the process. What couldve been a really stressful experience actually went pretty smoothly. Were so thankful for all his help. If youre buying from out of state (or even locally), wed definitely recommend working with Dan and will be contacting him again when ready to sell.

Dan is the condo man! He helped me purchase a place in Minnetonka and made the whole process easy.
