Total rubbish experience with these guys. Forced me to live out of a hotel for weeks because they never followed through my request to have the current tenant vacate in 6-8 weeks. I never gave them consent to extend the lease. They have not taken ownership whatsover, and any "solution" that was provided was a joke. In the end, it was on myself to arrange a hotel, with my daughter, pets and luggage after arriving from overseas. I would strongly suggest finding someone else to manage your property. Their communication is extremely poor, and if any issues arise, they are useless in resolving. Now they are ignoring my emails for compensation the owner told me I was eligible for but are still yet to fulfill. Use these guys at your own peril. STAY AWAY!

Paul did an outstanding job with purchase of our new home as well as with the sale of our old home.
