The home I had for sale was an estate sale so my experience was bittersweet. However, I can honestly day Dan was the bright spot in the whole experience. He was prompt and thorough. I live in a different state than the one one the house was sold in and we had to do some of the transactions on line. He was very patient with me. He guided me to list the house at a fair price and we received an offer the day it hit the market. And we were able to sell the house very close to the asking price. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Lonnie Lunsford of Team Real Estate contacted me after I submitted a request on this site for more information on a home listed by owner. When I expressed interest in viewing the home, he called the owner and told him my husband and I were his clients. He set up an appointment for us to view the house to which he arrived prior and coerced the seller into signing a commission agreement by claiming, again, that we were his clients. At this point, we had never even met Lonnie, and were certainly not his clients. The attempt by the owner to cancel this unethical contract cost us precious days during which we lost the house to another offer. This offer would never have taken place had we had the opportunity to go ahead with a purchase agreement. I will never do business with Team Real Estate again.
