I come from a 20 year career as a craftsman where I restored and refinished wooden boats on Lake Champlain before moving into the Green Mountains and offering my skills to homeowners. Being the kind of guy who appreciates fine details and likes to do things the right way in a world full of shortcuts, I started my own business doing restoration and refinishing where I quickly discovered that my favorite part of business ownership was the time I spent talking to and helping my customers. Fast forward to today, where I use my experiences to help people in a different, yet strangely similar way; albeit with fewer splinters and cleaner hair. What you can expect from me as your real estate advisor is the same attention to detail and level of service that my boat and homeowner clients and colleagues have known me for. My work in real estate is centered around building relationships and forming partnerships. Helping you land that just right home you've been looking for or the perfect buyer for your house, anticipating challenges and making things easy for you. My goal is to use my resources and expertise to help put you in the best position to make decisions about buying or selling your next home or investment property. I feel fortunate to spend a lot more time talking to people and less time climbing ladders with my pockets full of tools. When I am not working, you will find me enjoying one of my lifelong hobbies: Singing and playing my guitar, an evening Spades or Cribbage match with my family, or fishing from my kayak on one of NH's thousands of miles of shoreline. What I love most about this part of NH is the people at your local store take the time to get to know you and the abundant outdoor recreational activities that provide such a high quality of life.
