Austin was really great throughout the whole process. This was my first home and he had the heart of a teacher throughout the entire process. He was very detail oriented and would make sure to take note of any possible problems he saw or problems that we brought up. He was also super responsive, including drafting up the contract late on a Friday night. As well as this he could work on the fly and would always made sure things were smoothed out (calling to ensure appointments were correct and scheduled for example). He made the process really smooth and it was a great experience overall.
