We cant recommend Damon highly enough! As first time homebuyers, we were pretty overwhelmed when we started the process of searching for a home. When Damon took us to see our first house, he reassured us that he was here to guide us through the whole process and that we should take our time and see as many houses as we needed to see until we found the one for us. And thats exactly what happened - he took us to see about 30 houses before we found our home. Every time we saw a house with him, he would keep an eye out for issues and quirks we wouldnt even have noticed ourselves. He really had our back through the whole thing. And when it came time to put in an offer, he walked us through the way we should think about that whole process. Now that weve got the house, hes already been setting us up with recommendations for professionals to do work on our house.In a nutshell, you should work with Damon because he gives awesome customer service with a personal touch, and he really takes the time to understand exactly what youre looking for in a house. You can tell that he genuinely cares about helping you find your dream home, and he did it for us!
