He graduated with a bachelors in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Information Technology. He joined the Marine Corps where he spent 8 years in the service. Damian worked for Corporate America as a Project manager for the first ever Video streaming company on the internet, then Worldcom/MCI, as well as the Department of State where he assisted integrated their Procurement managment System. Damian Forrester received his Real Estate License in 2006, becoming the first Black REALTOR in Montana. Damian began his real estate career at Century 21 where strived to be the most innovating real estate marketing professional within the state and completed 27 transactions within his last six months of his first year in real estate. Within his first two years of real estate Damian received his Brokers License, becoming Montana first Black real estate broker. After his eight years of commitment to Century 21, Damian opened Keller Williams Realty in Billings, MT, as broker owner. Damian Forrester supervised over 60 agents in the four years with Keller Williams, holding the position of the Top 5 Brokerages in the city. Damian Forrester was then introduced to eXp Realty in 2016. He was hired as the State Designated Managing Broker for the company, hired by Jason Gesing, president of eXp Realty. He began with his assistant and himself and after five years with the company Damian brought the company from one agent to 235 agents by November 2021, making it the largest Brokerage in the State of Montana. Damian is also the cofounder of the Black eXp Network as well as One eXp, the diversity and inclusion arm of eXp Realty. He holds several designations and certifications including new construction, luxury, and many others. Damian Brokers over 280 Agents across Montana. Owns a software company, Resturant and retail shop and several residential Real Estate Investments in the United States and Puerto Rico. Most recently Damian Forrester has been appointed as the state Commercial Broker for eXp Realty and is now involved to develop an investment company in Puerto Rico....and we can't forget served 8 years in the United state Marine Corp...oh ya and a 2011 Taekwondo National Champion Damian has been involved with several non-profits in the community including a Board Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the founding member for the Premier Professional Network, Billings first young professionals network, which was an catalyst to inspire the Billings Chamber of Commerce's first Young Professional Network. Damian Forrester runs a very successful real estate team and continues to speak nationally, and is always giving back to his community and agents. Damian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and a self-proclaimed "foody" that enjoys cooking and outdoor activities.
