I worked with Damara in selling my first house. Though I have no other experience to compare to, I couldn't have asked for a better one. Damara was very helpful every step of the way. She was very responsive with all of my questions and helped me understand each step. She provided guidance based on her experience and even went above and beyond. I live in Wisconsin and wasn't able to be around to find my own contractors or physically go to the house. She made the process seamless for me and helped line up contractors for lawn maintenance and any work that needed to be done to the house before selling. 10/10 would recommend working with Damara!
