Dalton was a pleasure to work with. He was available to show us several homes that we had found on Zillow. Once we found the home on Lamplighter he guided us through the contract process. He made it so easy! Once our offer was accepted he guided us through the inspection process. He even found a septic system specialist to help us understand the system that was installed. Dalton was very knowledgeable on the closing process and explained everything and provided all the necessary documents. The whole process only took a month! He provided all the numbers we needed to secure the utilities in our name, and even gave us the number for the landscape company who has been taking such great care of the property. Anything we have needed Dalton has come through for us. And now we have our dream house in Mississippi! We are definitely going to use him again, as we have another family member who is planning on joining us here. Dalton is definitely a shining star at his realty company. If you want your buying process to be smooth and easy call him. He wont disappoint.
