Dallas is a 11/10 real estate agent that we would recommend to anyone! We interviewed several real estate agents when we moved to Vegas. We wanted someone that seemed knowledgeable, would give us honest opinions, and would guide us through the process as first time home buyers. Dallas beat out the competition from the get go. We ended up going to several new build tours and saw more than a dozen houses before we settled on a new construction home. Dallas walked us through every step of the process. He went to the location to pick out the best lots (even when he was sick!), sat in our design meeting, went to our open wall walk , oversaw our inspection, and our new home orientation. He also provided a bunch of helpful contacts for pool, landscaping, etc. Dallas was always available by txt and thoughtfully responded to all our questions, whethee it was about the value of a specific feature, what color we should pick for floors or when we should spray for pests etc. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is.
