Ryan and Dale did excellent work with their knowledge and guiding thru the real estate process. Had a great experience and would highly recommend them to help you sell or buy a house. Their knowledge of the real estate market including the pricing of your home, physically helping to put the house looking its best, including help with packing. The difficulty with my house in California is that it is in a fire zone and difficult to get coverage but they were there helping the buyer find coverage and the escrow closed only a few days late. They were in contact cotinually with me to keep me in the know about the progress of the sale.

I think that the Wire family are my new best friends. Dale Wire worked so hard to get me moved into my condo in the middle of a pandemic when there was a lot of uncertainty about banks and procedures. was tenacious thorough and had great customer service. She answered every question I had and there was no question that was silly or stupid because she knows that as a buyer this isn?t my skill set. Dale has continued to check up on me and be a strong support in my life. I?ve known Dale for about 2 1/2 years now and she?s walked me through a painful situation with divorce and I?ve now come out on the other end with a condo and I?m very happy.
