ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I bought my house during the housing boom, I was really impressed by Dales responsiveness and knowledge, so when I sold my house, it seemed reasonable to stick with him. Unfortunately, that decision ultimately wasnt a good one. He knew that we were serious about selling our home since we were already in the process of relocating when we listed, but he constantly gave us advice that kept our house at the top end of other homes like ours. After a year and a half of trying to get a sale with Dale, we sought the assistance of another realtor, took the advice, and sold our home within 30 days. I hope that Dale might rediscover the capabilities that I believe he still posesses. This challenging market requires a new thinking that I dont know if hes fully embraced yet. When interviewing any realtor, ask how they would persuade a buyer to buy YOUR home when considering it against other similar homes. If you arent sold by what you hear, it might be worth talking to other realtors.
