About Dale King

Dale was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Montgomery County MD. Drawn by the slower pace of life and the Eastern Shore's unique outdoors lifestyle, he moved to the Berlin area in 1990. A short time later, he met "The Queen" and purchased his first home. In 1994, he started a home improvement and contracting business and moved to Delmar Maryland in 1996 after the purchase of their second home. Opportunity knocked in 2004 and Dale went into real estate full time, with the strong relationships forged being the highlight of his career. After obtaining his broker's license, Vision Realty Group was launched in early 2021 and was the realization of a five year goal. The joy of using his God-given talents to serve others gets him up early each morning, ready to face the challenges of the day.
