Daiva helped us purchased our first home. We were connected with her via a friend whom also bought a house in the same town. Daiva usually buys and sells in metrowest instead of north of the city. But this did not stop us from working with her. I like how she set up many house viewing appointments. This exercise really shaped and further confirmed our want- vs need- list when purchasing a home. We also realized our budget was low for our expectation and we were able to adjust accordingly.Obviously as an excellent realtor like she is, she works with other clients at the same time. But we ALWAYS feel she dedicated all her time to us. After we decided on putting an offer to the house, she went to the town hall and researched the permits pulled for the house to ensure the updates were done appropriately, looked at the plot and surrounding area to make sure there were no further construction or land sale around. She connected us with an excellent house inspector and she went through the house with a fine tooth comb and pointed out items that require fixing. Daiva used the list to work with a contractor to get a quote of how much the updates would cost and was able to negotiate the cost into the home sale. If there is a ten-rating scale, she actually deserves 15-, even 20- stars! She is a gem you want to work with when you are buying or selling a home!

This helped us to see what changes or updates that we needed to do prior to sale and to set a realistic price. The house was photographed and listed in days. The open house occurred Just days before things started shutting down due to the pandemic. We had multiple offers over asking price.
