FAQ
Take your time and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, so it’s important to feel confident every step of the way. Have a clear idea of your budget, get pre-approved, and lean on your agent to help you navigate the process, negotiate the best terms, and avoid common pitfalls.
First impressions matter. Make sure your home is clean, well-maintained, and inviting for potential buyers. Pricing your home correctly from the start is also key—an experienced agent can help you analyze the market so you attract strong offers quickly. Communication and flexibility will also make the process much smoother.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, and military relocations. Each client’s needs are unique, and I tailor my approach to provide the right guidance and support for their situation.
One of my favorite recent transactions was helping a first-time homebuyer find their dream home. They were nervous about the process, but I walked them through each step, explained everything in detail, and celebrated with them on closing day. Seeing the excitement on their face when they got their keys was the best part of my job.
My journey into real estate began during my senior year of high school, when I took a co-op position as a Transaction Coordinator for Jason and Melissa at Gold Star Realty. What started as a behind-the-scenes role quickly grew into a passion for the industry. In that position, I gained invaluable experience managing contracts, coordinating transactions, and handling client communications—skills that gave me a strong foundation and a deep understanding of real estate operations.
From there, I decided to take the next step by earning my real estate license and moving into the role of a Realtor. Today, I not only help clients market and sell their homes, but I also serve as the personal assistant to our Principal Broker, while managing day-to-day office operations. Whether I’m streamlining workflows for the team, assisting sellers in achieving top-dollar results, or guiding buyers through the process, I bring energy, dedication, and organization to every part of my work. What started as a simple co-op job has grown into a fulfilling career where I get to help people through one of the most important chapters of their lives.
Yes, I’ve taken specialized training in contract negotiations, market analysis, and transaction management, which helps me advocate strongly for my clients. I also stay up to date on local market trends and continuing education so I can provide the best guidance possible throughout the buying or selling process.
