Working with Cynthia to sell our property was definitely the best experience I have ever had working with a real estate agent. I have never met a real estate agent that I have witnessed working so interactively on both ends of a deal to guide it to closure. On the professional side she was always very quick to respond to my questions evenings, weekends, and even while on vacation. She would not bother me with all the background churn going on with the potential seller issues (and there were a lot) unless absolutely necessary. When it came down to the final negotiations, she provided excellent advice that I am sure netted 5% more on my sale. On the personal side I found Cynthia to be warm and incredibly personal sharing many of her life experiences.
