About Cynthia McGee

For over 10 years, I've had the honor of helping more than 275 families buy and sell homes across the Hill Country and San Antonio. Every step of the way, my focus has remained the same: caring for people, building trust, and ensuring each client feels supported in one of life's biggest decisions. A portion of every home I sell is donated to Children Matter, the nonprofit I founded to support local kids and families. This way, every closing helps create a stronger foundation for others in our community. I'm proud to serve as President-Elect of the Texas Hill Country Kiwanis Club and as a Chamber Board Member, while also being recognized as a Best of Bulverde Winner 2024 and a Platinum Top 50 finalist for seven consecutive years (winner in 2022 and 2023). What can I say. Cynthia McGee was fantastic. She is honest and spit on about the market. She knew how to market our home just right. We were amazed how many people were already setting up times to view our home before opened house. And on our open house we had about several offers in hand. Cynthia had provided a great person to stage our home and the photographer was just fantastic. She walked us through every aspect of selling our home, and we are still using her services to help purchase our next home as we speak. She is amazing. I cannot tell you how happy we are to have found this jewel of an agent!! I would definitely recommend her services!!

My husband and I were relocating to the Austin/San Antonio are due to his job transfer. He was already living in the area but I was still residing in Tulsa. We still had a house to sell there. He randomly chose Cynthia after a realtor that was recommended to him by a co-worker did not respond. We got lucky! Cynthia made the process of moving during a pandemic so much less stressful! We also worked with Annabelle, a team member one day. She was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Magnolia Realty and Cynthia and her team.
