Cynthia covered the entire experience for us as we sold our home in Daphne in a week and a day, choosing between multiple offers, during a global pandemic. She (and Matt) guided us through the process and took the mystery away. She helped stage our furniture and had professional photos taken that accentuated our space. She also marketed the home well enough to schedule over 25 home visits in the first six days on the market. We had to leave the house because it was showing so frequently. I hope I am done relocating for a while but for anyone on the Eastern Shore, I couldn't recommend Cynthia enough.
