Cynthia Elizondo

In 1993, Cynthia Elizondo earned her MBA in International Business. She has used the knowledge she gained to start several successful entrepreneurial endeavors, but her true passion has alwasy lain with Real Estate. When she was presented the opportunity to follow that dream, she jumped at the chance and never looked back. Cynthia began working wit Halcyon Real Estate Services so that she could help others achieve their dreams of buying and selling the first home, investment property, or simply take the next step on their journey in real estate. Although she helps buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County, Cynthia's expertise especially lies in the residential areas that make up the Poway Unified School District. Growing up in Northern California, Cynthia ultimately found her dream home here in North County, where she raised two children who attended PUSD schools for over 15 years. Utilizing her familiarity with the school district and all it has to offer, Cynthia is able to provide her clients with an extensive knowledge of various schools. Ultimately, she can help clients find a home within the boundaries of the school best suited for them and their children. Following her belief that volunteerism makes for a strong community, Cynthia serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Poway Senior Center, she is the current Chair of the Poway Chamber of Commerce, the current President of the Poway Real Estate Professionals, and volunteers with Soroptimist International of Poway. And most recently she joined the Sheriff's Department Senior Volunteer Patrol in their Poway Station. As a devout Catholic, Cynthia is also an active member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church, where her husband serves as deacon. In addition to English, Cynthia is also fluent in Spanish and French. And if you speak the language of wine, she is always happy to regale you with stories of growing up in the Napa Valley.
