I have bought and sold houses and property in rockport,Canyon lake, San Antonio,and Kingsville and have used multiple agents. By far Cynthia is the most friendly,knowledgeable agent ive used. She showed me many many houses prior to finding the one I purchased. Never made me feel like I was taking too long to buy. After a couple of meetings with her she quickly found out what we wanted. My wife asked about multiple houses and she told us why we wouldn't like it. She knew what we wanted just as much as we did. Every house we looked at was in our price range and had all we wanted. She was very helpful in explaining everything in the entire home buying process to me. She helped negotiate with the seller and the sellers agent. She helped get me a really great deal. She helped get the needed repairs done to the best. She helped get a new A/C motor, a new one-year warranty for the A/C. I am thankful for the house she got us because she got us a new toilet, new PVC pipes, and it has a pretty new roof, stainless steel double door fridge and electric range with oven. She helped even after I moved in by helping on the cleaning, telling me where to get the water connection, electricity connection, homestead exemption, etc.
