I have used Cynthia twice to purchase houses. She was so outstanding the first time, I made a point of contacting her when I wanted to buy a second home. She is very responsive, which is important to me. She responds quickly to emails and actually answers the phone! She would send me listings and I would make a list of those that I wanted to see. She would immediately set up a schedule for me to see them. She also has a good knowledge of Ventura county and was able to answer all of my questions aEUR" if not right away, she would find the answer and get back to me ASAP. She is also very patient. Shes not pushy but wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. On a personal note, she is very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend her and will use her again if I need a third house!

Cyndi is exceptional and we highly recommend her. We met her three years ago when we were just browsing the market around Ventura. When it was finally time for us to purchase our first home, she was right there and ready to help. We saw about a dozen homes with Cyndi over about 5 to 6 weeks at different times and different days of the week, even weekends, because of our off beat work schedules.
