Ask them about how many homes they've sold, what's their sales volume, what support team do they have in place, what tools do they have to make sure you get top dollar... don't settle for just any agent. With more than 10,000 realtors in the Kansas City Area, there are too many realtors who don't practice full-time and have another job on the side. You can't afford to have a part-time agent selling your biggest asset.
