1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I'm important to have a solid team to guide and advice on the many steps of finding your new home. It's a complicated process and you don't want to just anyone without any experience handling your largest purchase. Also, always have a realtor represent you and NEVER buy a home without a realtor or with just the listing agent only representing the seller's interest.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
ALWAYS hire a realtor with a solid sales history. Ask them about how many homes they've sold, what's their sales volume, what support team do they have in place, what tools do they have to make sure you get top dollar... don't settle for just any agent. With more than 10,000 realtors in the Kansas City Area, there are too many realtors who don't practice full-time and have another job on the side. You can't afford to have a part-time agent selling your biggest asset.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I've work as a residential and commercial real estate agent. I've worked with experienced business owners selling their buildings or finding new spaces, first time home buyers, seasoned investors, experienced home buyers and commercial property owners.
