Curt was very reassuring to me as I was rehabbing a condo and it had gone over time because of contractors not showing up. I was nervous and kind of stressed out about it. He not only assured me that it would sell quickly but he also helped my out with names of contractors that could get things finished quickly, which they did. He listed the condo and I got 2 offers on day one. He works with a network that is really good at promotion of properties. So grateful!!
