Curtis Lackey was a wonderful buyers agent. He assisted my wife and I with the home buying process. He even went out of his way to skype with us when we were thousands of miles away so we could see a house. He assisted us with understanding the market, what we needed to do and was always prompt with contacting us with information regarding inspections, offers and counter offers. He was relentless and I would highly recommend him for buying homes. We recently sold a home in Cheyenne, but given that we live an hour away in Wheatland, it was necessary to have an agent who would be able to do a lot of "leg work" for us, and Curtis was most helpful. On many occasions he took care of things that I'm sure were beyond what is considered part of the "job description" of a realtor, and Curtis did them in a timely fashion.
