I have had the privilege to work with Curt several times. Not only did he help my parents and sibling with buying houses, but he helped me with the purchase of my very first home. Then 5 years later he helped me sell that home and buy a bigger home for my growing family. We had both closings in the same day and he was so helpful. He even stayed back at the first closing to wait for the release of the check while we went to our second closing. He was with us every step of the way. He was available at the last minute to look at homes, no matter the time of day, or location. He responds very quickly to emails and phone calls and gave great advice (we even got a couple thousand more than we asked on our house). Basically we were first time home buyers, so zero experience under the belt for what to look for. We didn?t even know if a townhouse would be better for us VS single family home.
