About Cullen Wainscott

I have lived in Northern Kentucky for the last 23 years and before that I lived on the east side of Cincinnati in the Mariemont area. Needless to say I know the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area very well. I am a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership, and a minor in Marketing. I have had my Real Estate license since 2012 In that short time I have been ranked in the top 10% of all Realtors in terms of sales since the beginning of 2013. I have a reputation for being Honest, Sincere, Trustworthy, Hardworking, Professional and Friendly. My philosophy is the only thing that matters is that my clients are happy with the result. I have also attained the MRP certification which means that I am a certified in Military Relocation to help current and former military families in relocating to our area.
