Crystal and the Porchlight team are rock stars! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Crystal on the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. At our first meeting at a coffee shop, Crystal had as strong of a professional first impression that Ive encountered. Out the gate Crystal had comps and experience that created comfortability with us that is needed in one of the bigger decisions one makes in their life, purchasing a new home. Cystal promptly set up tours of houses that were a fit to our liking and made strong points and considerations we were not necessarily thinking about. Crystal is excellent in navigating and negotiating the purchase of a new home and is elite in selling a home. Crystal led the way in going under contract to sell our home within 24 hours of us posting our home on the market. She and her team are great at setting up the home to sell in a way that attracts buyers and puts the house on the market to all major platforms. I'm not finished. We had agreed to terms on our new home; however, the seller would not go under contact until we had our existing home under contract to sell. The home we wanted to purchase could have been sold out from under us, but Crystal led the way in getting our existing home under contract with a buyer in a day which I didnt feel was feasible. We love our newly purchased home. Beyond Porchlights exceptional performance, their team was great and fun to work with. I strongly recommend Crystal.
