Even pushes to lower the price if she believes it too much. She explains everything thoroughly, including obscure procedures. Every time we saw her she was smiling and positive. She pushed to get my wife and I the best price and all the credits she could for us. Even pushing to get our interest lower. If you want someone who will push back at a listing agent/seller, and do it in a professional and kind manner, all while making sure your taken care of in the buying process, search no further! Even after closing she still asks how we are, and if we need anything. She goes out of her way to make you feel safe and secure. We loved our experience with her.

As soon as i made contact with Crystal she was at my front door the next day ready to get going on the process. Crystal is a go getter and was on top of everything going on during the entire transaction. Soon I realized what a task master she is and I let her take charge of my home remodel from helping choose all upgrades to helping direct me in all ordering of all required materials.. With her experience in interior design she helped me transform my home with waonderful results in very short time ! Crystals military background is what i think makes her so efficient and in charge of everything she does when taking on a listing. Crystal ran the show , including the contractors and even going as far as planting plants in my yard to improve the landscaping. I have never seen an agent go to the extremes that Crystal did . I so much appreciated her taking the lead and taking the load off of me during what can be a very stressful time. Now we are just waiting for the completion of the sale . Of course if Crystal followed me across the country to where Im moving , I would certainly have her as my agent again !
