We were remote the whole time but Crystal kept an eye on the place and provided weekly updates to help us manage the slow market conditions of 2024. She collected estimates for various home improvements and helped us implement a few even though we could not always be on site. Her recommendations guided us and we ultimately succeeded. Crystal helped us with selling my Grandmother's house-long distance. She went above and beyond and used every avenue possible to sell this home. She offered to go by the house and adjust the A/C and water settings. She exceeded all our expectations in every way. You won't regret hiring her!

Crystal was amazing. She helped me find a new house and sell my current home. She was always available via text, phone or email. She worked with my schedule for looking at homes. If I needed help with any paperwork I could count on her to help answer questions or help walk me thru the docusign prcess. If she was not available there was always someone available to talk with. I loved that she did weekly check in's with me even if nothing was going on. She provided worksheets for the purchase of my new home and the sale of the old home to give me a better idea of the bottom figures. I will recommend her to any family or friends needing a real estate agent.

Crystal is fantastic! She knows the area and its market. Once informed that we were not first-time homebuyers but new to the area (and state), she addressed the market in the area and what was trending based on our search. Spoke clearly, professional, yet kind and direct. Allowed us the room to make our own opinions and decisions without pressuring us into one particular property or the other. Her focus was that we had a positively memorable and happy experience with this purchase and that we were satisfied with the property as well as the attention given. When encountering any sort of issue (minor or not so minor), she would commit to finding out details, ways to resolve, and communicated back with us with an answer. The communication was open, quick, respectfully, and friendly; answering back within minutes. She communicated with us via email, text, and calls and it worked wonderfully because we never had to sit and wonder what was happening. She took the time to get to know us as people, not just as clients. She took the time to stay in touch during every step of the process and was there with us during closing. She came to the house after we had closed and we got pictures together (she did ask our permission). Crystal far exceeded our expectations! We cannot thank her enough for this experience.
