They are the most knowledgeable in this business, Crystal found an issue with my situation that would have taken weeks to figure out, she did it just a few days, which kept my settlement date on time. Tricia Brown guided us thru the process of how to stage my home, which helped my home sell in just a weekend!! she took care of all inspectors and inspection appointments to the letter, and also took care of all the little details and made recommendations that took all of the stress out of the entire process for my wife and I. Most of all, she made herself available to my wife and I well within a reasonable time frame during this process, communication with us was always was on point, she always had all the answers to questions, and there were many!! They guided us thru this process with such good positive attitudes and ALWAYS a smile on their faces, and they were so reassuring, when things looked like they were not going so well, I can still hear their voices saying "TRUST ME, WE GOT THIS, IF WE ARE NOT WORRIED, YOU SHOULD NOT WORRY" in such a calming voice and they were right EVERY TIME!!
